Arthritis is one of the most prevalent chronic health problems and the nation’s leading cause of disability among Americans over age 15.

Having watched my mother in law suffer from rheumatoid arthritis for our entire marriage, I've always wanted to do something to raise awareness for this chronic and debilitating disease.

From Oct 4th through the 10th, I'll be riding my bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles to do just that.
